What is IV sedation?

Will I be loopy after IV sedation?

How does IV sedation differ from general anesthesia?

IV sedation induces a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to be semi-conscious. General anesthesia, however, puts you into a deep sleep. IV sedation is generally considered safer and has a quicker recovery time compared to general anesthesia.
